Apparently being able to read instructions is critical to success. Once I held down the Control, I did see the list. Turns out I was also mistyping the OWA string. I can now see the calendar times for everyone in the "Scheduling" tab. Thanks for your help. Next trick: getting LDAP to work so that I can see the GAL addressees.... ;-)
