Apparently being able to read instructions is critical to success.
Once I held down the Control, I did see the list. Turns out I was
also mistyping the OWA string. I can now see the calendar times for
everyone in the "Scheduling" tab. Thanks for your help. Next
trick: getting LDAP to work so that I can see the GAL
addressees.... ;-)

I don't know if it makes a difference, but the Outlook users access
our Exchange server using RPC/HTTP. I opened up IMAP on the Exchange
so that I could access it via Entourage. Would that have an effect?

1. Launch Outlook for Windows. Connect to your account if necessary.
2. In the System Tray in your Start bar near the clock, you'll

If you're using your OWA address instead of the name of an internal

then add the "/public" to the end of your OWA address and use that
for your
