Yes, setting it up is easy. It's making it work that's the problem. As I already mentioned, I tested Rules with a single simple rule and it still failed. I add every correspondent to my address book, and most of them are assigned to categories. The biggest failures are when using a word in a subject line for my rule (because I can't use categories as a rule for people who are on multiple projects), and for some reason the MLM. I already spent several days trying to get these things to work, and finally resigned myself to manually moving the ones that fail. I do sometimes get emails moving to strange places because of a CC recipient I hadn't noticed, or because I changed the order of the rules, but these things are easily fixed. It's the ones that simply don't work that I don't have time to troubleshoot anymore. -Barbara -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
