Hi all, I'm looking for some troubleshooting advice. I have one user that can't print from Entourage. The spinning beachball of death appears immediately after selecting Print from the menu, or typing command-P.
I have just done the 11.3.6 update, that didn't help. There is not much connection to the MS support document on http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=313553 . Here's the funny thing- all of the Office apps behave the same way, but all other apps can print fine. Also, it only happens in this one User. Sounds easy, right? Probably a preference you are thinking. Well here's what I have tried: Cleared User and System Cache using MainMenu (nice little utility). No effect. Repaired permissions, also no effect. I have tried several prefs including the Microsoft folder, as well as com.microsoft.Word.plist com.microsoft.Excel.plist .
