In Mail, go to your Preferences, and then click Accounts, then choose the account. Go to the Advanced tab. Under "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message:", make sure it's set to some period of time such as "after one day" or "after one week" -- if you have it removed right away, it will no longer be on the server for Entourage to see.
