I get the same problem as Louise with regards to the forwarding issue. Some users send HTML docs with pictures embedded rather than as attachments. Sometimes forwarding these emails using Entourage will create viewable attachments, and at other times the embedded pictures disappear completely. If the photos are true attachments, there is almost never a problem, but very very often the .jpgs or whatnot are not real attachments. Using the Forward as Attachment command helps, but it isn't perfect.
