There are so many things that could be going wrong -- mistyped server name in an Account, bad password, Account not set to get mail, schedule not set to use that Account, spam filter on the server gone wild, etc. I notice that your email is from Earthlink.net. I can tell you without a doubt that Earthlink's spam filter has become very aggressive and inaccurate in the last several weeks. Mail that I wanted and had always received has been flagged and stuck in Earthlink's "Known Spam" box. Check your Earthlink spam filter settings, and its Known Spam box. <https://webmail.earthlink.net/wam/login.jsp?redirect=%2Fwam%2Findex.jsp&x=1 007818638> When you are satisfied that Earthlink is not the cause of the problem, then... Why don't you try to make a new Entourage identity, input your Account info very carefully, and see if you can send and get your mail.
