Hi Steve, Just a guess here, but have her quit out of all Office apps and then rename the following prefs file:
Home: Library: Preferences: Microsoft: com.microsoft.AlertsDaemon.plist It¹s sufficient to just type an ³x² before the ³com² in the file name. When she relaunches her Office apps, a new plist file will be created. See if that clears the problem. If not, she can restore the original plist file by renaming it back the way it was (after again quitting all Office apps). HTH, Beth On 11/5/07 4:58 PM, "Steve D.
