We removed this "feature" because the vast majority of users do not use 
multiple identities.  The window title now tells you the folder and account you 
are in.  While I understand that will not satisfy some of you, we believe the 
change is an improvement for a larger majority.

Try this:

tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
   display dialog (name of current identity as text)
end tell


A trick I learned was to name the first folder with the Identity name. Don't 
you just love it when someone leaves out a feature you like because they don't 
think it's useful?
