You already reported that you're having problems with some of those items,
especially networking and applications.

If you hosed something(s) by mixing up various files from the old Dual G5
running OS X 10.4.11, the new Mac Pro with Intel processors and 10.4.11,
Leopard 10.5 items installed into 10.4.11, and then running Migration
Assistant, then it seems that your problems are only going to get worse, not
better.
