One important caveat: DiskWarrior CANNOT repair permissions properly on a disk on which Leopard is installed (Alsoft is working on updating this valuable software so it will boot your machine and repair Leopard permissions properly. They estimate perhaps a month or so until they have it nailed down.
In the meanwhile, however, it is CRUCIAL NOT TO ATTEMPT TO USE DISKWARRIOR (the latest version or any other previous version) TO REPAIR PERMISSIONS ON A LEOPARD BOOT HARD DRIVE. It will mess up your boot drive and your data very, very badly, probably hopelessly. Similarly, do not try to repair Leopard permissions using a Tiger or earlier OS X Install CD or DVD's Disk Utility application, nor by using Disk Utility on another Mac that is booted from Tiger or earlier OS X. Until DiskWarrior is updated for Leopard, use only the LEOPARD OS X Install Disk's Disk Utility app or, while booted from your Leopard-installed hard drive, using the Leopard version of Disk Utility.
