Kirk Johnson Ok, Kouta, interesting timing for you to make a comment because I just wrote something about what little I know about forestry in Finland in a discussion elsewhere and maybe you could enlighten me. I understand that forestry in Finland is one of your nation's major economic engines and that your sawmills are world class- maybe the best in the world. Am I correct in this? Do you have statistics on the forest economy - that is, what percentage of the total economy is it? Are most of the forests planted after harvesting or are they naturally regenerated? Do private landowners get tax breaks if they manage their forests? Do most private forest owners manage their forests? Do they hire foresters? More questions later.
