It was a great day, with sunshine and 70F--very unusual for Northern Ohio in mid-November. The steep narrow valleys of the park, which lead into the Cuyahoga River floodplain, lend themselves to tall trees. Together Randy and I discovered a 158.1 Tuliptree, Randy found a 143.6' Beech, and many other tall trees. We'll soon have a Rucker Index for the site.
