    Well, my eyes are pretty good, but there's no way I can refocus an out
of focus viewfinder image. As to the size of the viewfinder, I don't know
what that has to do with anything - when you view, everything looks more or
less lifesize (depending on focal length). In my EOS, DOF is very apparent
when using the DOF custom function, according to the aperture used. I can
tell what's in focus. Hell, I focus manually most of the time :)
    Like I said, I suspect a camera malfunction here.
