Yes, the lens is complicated and included more glass in it, is surely hard
to make, with very good optical performances.
But the new IS telephotos lenses have been introduced for about one year
now. Surely the time to make a great EF 70-200mm f/2,8L IS USM ! :)

We have not seen any L or IS & IS lens(es) for a while, Canon must annonce
(at least) something at the PMA, or I'll be very ungry ! :o))))

I'm also very curious about new DO lenses (after annoncing the 400 f/4), I'm
very curious to see what kind of lenses will be annonced. Because new DO
lenses must not enter in competition with the L-Serie, if Canon wants to
sold L lenses too !
