I have the Novoflex ring.
I don't use it for reversing though but to allow auto-aperture on
manual bellows.

EOS lenses, especially the wider angle ones, are not really made for
reversing.  Ideally you want a short mount.  Even with the 50mm, by
the time you have it reversed with the adaper on the front (was back)
working distance is right down. lighting the subject is a problem even
if it does not fly away  ;o)

But as a means of getting a lens on to bellows it is great.  mostly
mine gets used with the 100 macro on the front.
