I don't have experience with reversing rings. But from what I understand,
reversing lenses makes only sense at magnifications bigger than 1x, especially
with wide angles. A bellows is almost a must, IMHO. Lateley I played around a
bit with stacking lenses, the 200/2.8L and 50/1.4L are a nice combination.
Center sharpness seems ok, can't tell anything about corners yet (no flat
subjects yet). I didn't notice any vignetting. Magnification is 4x at least.
