EOS Tokina 19-35 or Canon 20-35 - Help me choose.

I want to buy a Zoom Wide Angle lens, and would like comparative opinions 
about the Tokina 19-35 and the Canon 20-35, and others in this price range, 
if any.

I'm looking for sharpness. Anything else I should look for?
