Hi Pierre!
Have you tried to change speed with main wheel or did you only take a
reading?
If I'm not mistaken in P mode camera sets speed and aperture that is
preprogrammed and you have the option to change this with main wheel.
With speedlight attached my guess is it will go to max speed ambient light
allows but not beyond x-sync. You have to it to do that, to go FP.
