Hi,

I suggest the EOS Elan 7E (also called EOS 30).

I have one with the 28-135 IS Zoom, and I'm extremely satisfied with both
the camera and the lens.

My suggestion: Upgrade now to 35mm. There is much more quality difference
between APS and 35mm than between the 28-105 and the 28-135, in my opinion.
