Hi Jim,

I am struggling to choose a wide angle lens. The choice between
the EF 20-35 and EF 20mm is especially hard.

The EF 20mm focusses down to 0.25m (9.8") while the EF 20-35 can
focus down to 0.34m (13.4").

Do you think your distorted dog pictures would benefit from the
prime lens rather than the zoom?

Or an even wider lens? (e.g. Tokina 17mm)

But what about Depth of field? Even with the really short focal
lengths, the hyperfocal distances are still quite far:

Cheers
