I got the Topload Zoom Pro AW because it was one of the few
camera-with-a-long-lens-attached bags that would hold a body WITH a booster
attached. The fact that I can fit an EOS 1n or 3 with a booster AND the
70-200 2.8L leads me to believe you could do the same with the 100-400,
which is about 1cm. shorter. I would suggest using a couple of LowePro S&F
lens cases to carry the other two lenses, I wish there was one of them big
enough to hold the 20-35 f/3.5-4.5 (that you should have bought ;<)) with
the hood/dinner plate attached.
