The Arca-Swiss QR system that Kirk uses is probably the best around. One
note: I personally think the Really Right Stuff releases and plates are
nicer than Kirk's (lighter, better finished), and the prices are about the
same or a bit less. They're a bit tough to order from, as they don't accept
credit cards or accept orders by phone or email, but they're worth it. Check
them out at http://www.reallyrightstuff.com/ . Even if you don't buy from
them, ask for their free catalog. It's a valuable resource.
