I don't want to risk insulting anyone, but if you don't know the answer
to the question "Why would I want 1/3 stop control rather than 1/2 stop
control?" You need to spend your money on a photo course rather than a
new camera.
My rule: What, in order, are the most important things to taking good pictures?
1) The photographer
2) The lens
3) The camera (body)
I recommend investing your money in that order!
