The BG-ED3 battery pack on the D30 also has a centered tripod mount. Kirk
has a plate for this camera. Don't know whether Really Right Stuff has
designed a plate for the D30 or BG-ED3 yet, as it is not listed in their
print catalog.

Kirk has a plate listed for the Elan 7, but not the BP-300. I'm willing to
bet money that Really Right Stuff won't design a plate for the Elan
7/BP-300, claiming that the setup is unstable.
