I have the same problem. I have tried two of them and had this problem
with both. I called Stofen and they told me to pull on the sides to
stretch it some, which helped a little but not much. Hopefully it will
loosen up some over time. I have only shot one roll with mine, but the
pictures look pretty good so I don't think it is effecting the
performance. Although I have not used one before so I don't have
anything to compare it to.
