If you really need this, there is a 1200D available from Canon.
It's quite heavy and expensive and I'm not sure you can mount it 
reversed on a 80-200L lens ;-))))) Must be the most expensive
close uplens in the world.

BTW, stacking lenses reversed can really work quite well with
some combinations and is an el cheapo way to get extreme 
magnifications beyond 1:1. I've used the 50/1.4 reversed on the
200/2.8L and they do quite well at 4:1. Of course the combo is nowhere 
near a specialised lens for this purpose, which is available for
some mounts, probably also in T-mount, which can be adapted to EOS.
