Yes, I would set it to infinity on MF, and expose with bulb exposure
at the lenses optimum f/stop - probably around f/8-f/11. If you have
a remote, all the better for bulb exposures, as you can just hold the
shutter open for a few bursts while watching with you eye away from
the VF. 800 may be a little fast for this appl;ication though, not
sure.
