The Canon EF-M (not to be confused with the earlier FD
mount Canon EF) is a manual focus body that accepts
canon EF lenses. It was released in 1991 and has been
out of production for many years, but you'll find the
occasional one for sale on everyones favourite auction
site.

It will accept IS lenses but I believe that IS does
not work with it though.

One out of 2 is better than none.

Gary
