The EOS 630 and RT are essentially the same camera, with one major
difference: the EOS RT has a fixed pellicle mirror (and loses 2/3 stop
of light to the film plane). As such, the RT is a specialty camera,
suitable mainly for outdoor sports with fast lenses. Both are similar to
the T90 in build quality. Both cameras require an accessory grip (GR-20)
to use a remote control.

The EOS 1 (and 1N) are even more robust and have better focusing ability.
I believe the 630, 1 and 1N have roughly the same viewfinder brightness
as the T90 - the RT is 1/2 stop dimmer than the 630. FWIW, Canon made an
accessory viewfinder screen (Ec-K) for the EOS 1 and 1N which is 1 stop
brighter than the nornal screens.
