All,
I have a shoe mount for a lightstand and have yet to put my 550EX on it
because it is metal.
Has anyone actually put a 550EX on a metal shoe? Is there concern for any
short circuits?
What I am looking to do is set 2 up on light stands and have brackets with
metal shoes I can adjust to position the strobes where needed. My fear is I
will short circuit the contacts and destroy the flash. Any ideas?
