Thanks John DuBois, just what I want to hear. The product that I use comes with a container said to be clean & safe patented no-splash-grid, so I think I don't have any problem. The first one I tried came with an apple scent. Can you imagine an EOS-1n strongly smelling like that???
Hi Ken, The product you refer to is silica bags, and you are right, it can be desicated by heating in an oven. But the product I'm trying is Calcium chloride. It combines with the humidity in the air giving water and dissolved chloride. After some time the original product, protected by a tissue bag, disappears and you have only the liquid. It's somewhat expensive to use in large spaces.
