Maybe I should go to my camera store and compare the screens of 1V and 3, this would be the easiest way. I tried to adjust dioptric correction but that didn't help with this issue. The viewfinder looks like there would be fine dark dust all over, some kind of like hazy....difficult to describe the look. I don't think this is a problem when shooting outdoors, but indoors the viewfinder is a bit dark compared to my earlier backs. Especially when I compare Ec-I central area (very clear) with rest of the viewfinder area the difference is notable. Why the whole screen cannot be as clear as central area of Ec-I? Maybe because of manual focusing options....??
