Yes, it will, assuming the built-in flash is not siginificantly
different than my Elan 7.  Tele is not a problem unless your subject
is close.  This is a close-focusing lens, so the potential problem at
135mm in tight is there.  For farther away tele subjects, the built-in
hardly has the power to make it worth using.   I think there's a
useful range in the middle, say 50-70mm unscientifically speaking,
where you can get away with it.  

I think you will find the optics of this lens very satisfying.
