I am thinking of eventually switching to Canon as I have heard it is a better system. Can someone enlighten me about this? I currently have only a Nikon 8008, and before I buy a Nikon F100, or higher, and some prime lenses, I would like to know the pluses and minuses of both systems. are there any comparison reviews on the web or in some magazines that are honest and to the point? What about costs? Is the Canon system a bit cheaper to buy? I shoot mostly dog portriats, street scenes, occasional weddings. I would like to get more involved and try my hand at photojournalism.
