Hi, How fast is the 180 L macro in AF speed? I'm interested in this particular lens and have a look at the mint condition secondhand unit - it focus very slow in the near 1:1 magnification comparing w/ other USM lenses. I know that in high magnification I should use Manual Focus anyway, but I would like to use this lens an a general purpose lens (which require at least decent AF speed). Is it normal, or should I avoid this particular unit?
