It takes all but one bad experience to ruin the reputation that takes many
years to build-up.

My motto: If I have good experience with something/someone/some store, I
will tell 10, 20 or 30 people, if I have a bad experience, I will tell
EVERYONE !

Now back the original lens wobble, I have had my EF28-135 for about 5 years
now, it certainly shows noticeably amount of wobble when it is fully
extended, and more so side to side compared to top to bottom (?). I brought
it into Canon Canadian Head office a few weeks ago to see if it can be
"tightened", they first said it was within specification so nothing can be
done, but when requested they did attempt to lessen the wobble, it did seem
to be tightened up a bit when I first got it back, but it also has loosened
up again after some minor usage. However, I am still getting decent images
so I am less concerned now.

Regards,

Ken
