Jorge,

My Elan7e did that once. The indicator showed that the battery was half
full, but it wasn't blinking. I shot like six frames at once with 'Continues
Shooting', and the battery indicator started to blink. I turned the camera
off for at least half an hour. When I turned it back on, the indicator
showed full battery. After shooting a couple of frames, the indicator back
to what it should be: half full and blinking.

It never happened with CR123A lithium batteries; although it happened only
once when I was using AA batteries. It could be bad batteries or the
contacts on my BP-300, but I'm not entirely sure.
