Messages here have indicated that I can request a hand examination of camera and film at airports. I flew four times this week. Three times the folks complained that it wasn't necessary if the film was less than 1000 speed, but did it anyway. The last time, however, the supervisor she "I will do it this time" but FAA rules "require that items go through the X-Ray machine if the film speed is less than 1000."
Have things changed? Is there such a rule? If not, to what I can refer if I'm faced with this situation again and she refuses to do a hand examination? * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
