The site you want is
http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/cfrhtml_00/Title_49/49cfr1544_00.html?

The section is 1544.211. Paragraph (3) refers to "high speed film" but
does not specify a speed. Paragraph (4) reads "If requested by
individuals, their photographic equipment and film packages must be
inspected without exposure to an x-ray system."

These are the latest rules from the TSA after 9.11.2001.

I was in a camera shop buying a roll of Portra 160 NC to run through my
EOS-3 when I spotted, and bought, the ideal solution to the problem. A
roll of Kodak Tmax p3200 TMZ 135-36. I will probably never expose it,
but I will use it. It is my "high speed film" for airports.
