I just got my "new" lenses. I bought from a local guy two lenses, used EF 28mm f2.8 and EF 50 mm f1.8 Mk I. My first prime lenses by the way. Both are in excellent condition and virtually look like never used in all surfaces and outfit. The price was 300 euros including the postage, so the deal wasn't specially chep, but still suitable and approx. 40-50% lower than in local stores. Anyway, now I want to buy a lens hood for both lenses, but I don't know, is Mk II hood ES-62 suitable for Mk I 50mm lens? I suppose that, but if someone could confirm that, I'd be happy be sure before ordering the item.
