The vignetting is from stacking the filters. 
One should not stack filters unless you absolutely have to.
Just use one filter at a time and the problem will go away.
If you need the UV & Polarizer combination Hoya makes 
a UV Multicoated thin Polarizer you can use in place of 
these 2 filters you are using.
