Hi Marco,

Were you checking the exposures in the finder while using the Sigma?  If the
exposure shown on the body is reasonably close (and I'll assume they are as
your EF 70-200 2.8L IS exposed well enough), the problem you are having
sounds most like a sticking or late diaphragm closure.  Try pressing your
EOS 1V's stop down button while in Bulb mode and see if the diaphragm will
smoothly close as you change the aperture one click at a time.  If there is
any sticking along the way you have your problem, diaphragm or logic to
control it.  In any event it needs a trip to repair.
