Hi List, I'm looking for a light but sturdy monopod to carry on my backpack when hiking. So where should I start looking; what brand (Manfrotto / Bogen, Gitzo, Velbon, other?) what length, how many sections, what mount? I'd be grateful if you could tell me which one you use, how often you use it, are you satisfied?
The gear that I want to use it with is a EOS 30 (Elan 7e) with a set of L zooms...
