It has 5 sections, folds down to 49cm (fits only diagonally in that 
pocket, can be a bit awkward depending on what else you have in 
there).
No worry about the zipper, has survived many years skiing with 
me....:))


Btw, strangely enough their Magic Monopod is *almost* the same, but 
if it is indeed a true (not rounded) 1cm taller, then it might 
already not fit anymore in that pocket....it's quite a tight fit:

Oh, and pay attention: you can't take monopods along as carry-on 
luggage in planes anymore!
