More the merrier as long as it's dependable. I'll take 7 point ECF on
the 7 existing points for starters. My old 55 also works a charm for
ECF. I was lost when I had to do without it on the 10d. I am using the
centre focus point mostly and sometimes change it but with a few
button and wheel movements it's not the same as just looking. I really
liked it though for panning flying birds.
