I agree with leaving the boosters and flash behind, I'd probably leave the 2nd body as well. Instead of either 70-200, I'd take the wide zoom instead. I'd also take a 50mm for speed, and if finances permit, buy a used 200mm f/2.8L and put you 1.4x on it. It's sharp, fast, black, shorter and lighter than the white zooms. And when you get home, you can sell it for virtually what you paid for it.
