Use Eclipse and Sensor Swab from Photographic Solutions Inc.  See for 
it at www.photosol.com or your local photoshop might have it.  Several 
people have used it with super result.  I had a spot on the chip and 
could remove it.  See for the Swab for your camera.  They're all 
different sizes.
