You don't have to go to the 1 series to get better AF than the 10D. Almost every body since the 10D has better AF. The 20D and 20D are dramatically better, in all lighting conditions. The newest Rebel, with the 30D's focus system, too. Not sure about the previous Rebel, but I suspect it's also better. Bob Meyer I don't suffer from insanity...
