Hi Peter,

Congrats, the "L" club is highly addictive.  Go out and shoot with it a few
minutes and you will be planning the next lens to add to your quiver.

As far as filters go the very nice B+W are technically fantastic filters.
The B+W UV filters introduce nothing to an image that I can detect even on
slow chrome films.  I've got a several B+W filters myself but the cost of
B+W for those of us with a reasonable amount of glass (14 optics with 5 "L"
class lenses), is just too high to put a B+W on every lens.  So after doing
some research and testing on film and on a mkII 1Ds I have now standardized
on Hoya's SHMC line of UV filters and only use the B+W's for color
correction or manipulation.
