My Canon i950 decided to go all blue again and I am waiting for the
unhelpful help people at Canon to respond again.
I think it is time ro move the i950 to the print documents only
position and replace it with something dependable, probably not
another Canon because of their mediocre support.

I plan to live forever. So far so good...........
I have always had very fast and helpful service from Canon. My first
i9900 would not even start right out of the box. I called Canon, got
someone right away, and within 3 days there was a brand new one at my
door, with the prepaid paperwork and shipping slip to send mine back. A
little over a year later, the printer started printing only in red.
Again, a call got me a refurbished printer almost immediately... at NO
cost. I returned my printer... again at their cost... and so far the
one I have now is working perfectly. I certainly do not think Canon
printers are as reliable as their cameras, but as I said, I have had
very good service over the phone with customer service. Don't know why
it is so different with you?
